All the years of providing legal support for a wide range of technological, financial and industrial projects have made him a valuable partner for the innovative financial industry. During his career to date, he has mainly advised institutional investors, capital market entities and financial start-ups, also representing them in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

Prior to the founding of KSZ Smart Legal, Jakub honed his skills, among others, as a partner in a law firm specializing in the service of financial institutions and transactions on the public and non-public markets, and as a director of the legal department in an investment fund company. He also supported the Association of Individual Investors with pro bono independent legal expertise in the field of protection of investors' rights, promotion of financial education and shaping the legislative process in this area.

In the course of his career to date, he has mainly advised financial institutions, with particular emphasis on investment funds, providing regulatory advice on capital market law and representing them in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. He has advised institutional investors on share and bond issue processes, restructuring and venture capital transactions. He also helps start-ups by creating legal facilities in the area of innovative ventures on the financial and technological market.

Kuba is a graduate of economics at the Warsaw School of Economics and law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. He is a licensed restructuring consultant.
